Return & Exchange Policy
Returns: As all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or with a printing error. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Orders: Items purchased during pre-order campaigns are made to order. Production will begin once the campaign ends, and shipping times will follow our standard shipping policy.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, items go into production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
